How long does shipping take? 

Not Amazon-fast, but close 😉
We pack and ship within 2–3 business days, then it's up to your local postie. Most UK orders arrive in 3–6 days. But please allow a bit more wiggle room.

Will items restock?Maybe... maybe not 👀
We’re a seasonal pop-up, so most pieces are one-and-done. If something does return, it's usually with a twist. Moral of the story: grab it while it’s here.

What’s your return policy?We want you to love your seasonal treats, but if something’s not right, drop us a message within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it — no stress, no spooky energy. (Returns must be unused + in original packaging.)

Can I order seasonal drops in advance?
We don’t do spoilers — but we do give early access 👀
